Shipping & Handling
At Strawberry Fields, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped quickly and securely. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. We ship to most U.S. states using trusted carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Age Verification
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to require age verification before processing or delivering your order.

Product Availability & State Restrictions
Due to varying state laws, we are unable to ship certain products to specific states. Please review the restrictions below before placing your order:

  • THC-A Products
    Cannot be shipped to:
    Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Oregon

  • Delta-8 Products
    Cannot be shipped to:
    Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont

It is the customer’s responsibility to know their state and local laws regarding cannabis-derived products. We do not take responsibility for orders that are seized or denied due to state restrictions.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Strawberry Fields is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect shipping information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at sam@strawberryfields.store and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
